Many people, Apple watchers especially, were hoping for something technologically revolutionary yesterday as the outcome of the headline posted on the Apple.com website – Tomorrow is just another day. That you’ll never forget.
However – the inclusion of The Beatles in iTunes marks a significant milestone for Apple.
If you look at the history of The Beatles and what used to be called Apple Computer, you’ll truly understand it has been a long and winding road.
The disputes between Apple Corp. and Apple Inc. has been a work in progress for over 30 years and is now finally put to rest.
As far as I’m concerned, both parties represent innovation in a world where copycats and mediocrity reign. There can be no doubt that The Beatles music has changed the world we live in and so has Apple.
It’s about time they’ve come together.
